Our Philosophy

We believe clinicians deserve better tools.

InterSession was born from a simple observation: mental health professionals spend too much time on paperwork and not enough time on what they trained for — helping people.

Built for Mental Health

Designed from the ground up for psychologists and mental health professionals by people actively working in the field.

Client-focused

We help you empower your clients to do the work, stay on track, and maximise their potential.

Amplify, Not Replace

Your clinical judgment is irreplaceable. We handle the busywork so you can focus on the human side of care.

Automate the Mundane

Documentation, planning & follow-ups - these shouldn't define your day. Let technology do what it does best.

Our Story

Why we built InterSession

We saw it firsthand; the weight of administrative burden on psychological practice. The late nights catching up on notes. The cognitive load of juggling clinical work with endless paperwork. The time stolen from clients, from families, from ourselves.

We also experienced the transformation when that burden lifted. The clarity that comes when documentation flows naturally. The energy reclaimed for the work that actually matters; being present with clients.

The shift toward admin automation is here. But one question drives everything we build:

"How do we use this new technology to improve our administrative efficiency in service of achieving the best outcomes for our clients?"

We're building from this now-essential foundation, but never at the expense of what makes our work meaningful. Your clinical judgment leads. Technology serves.

We hope you experience our vision for InterSession as a clinical companion that reacquaints you with the human side of care.
