Our Philosophy

We believe clinicians deserve better tools.

InterSession started with a simple frustration: too much clinician time was being lost to notes, admin, and follow-up work that should have been easier.

Built for Mental Health

Built for psychologists and mental health professionals by people who understand the pace, pressure, and complexity of clinical work.

Client-focused

We help clients leave with clear takeaways, practical next steps, and a better chance of following through between sessions.

Amplify, Not Replace

Your clinical judgment stays at the center. We handle the repetitive admin so you can spend more energy on care.

Automate the Mundane

Notes, planning, and follow-ups should not dominate your week. The workflow should feel lighter, faster, and easier to finish.

Our Story

Why we built InterSession

We saw the same problem again and again: late nights finishing notes, too much mental energy spent on admin, and too little time left for clients, families, and life outside the clinic.

We also saw what changed when that burden dropped. Notes got finished faster. Clinicians had more room to think clearly. Clients left with clearer takeaways and better momentum between sessions.

That is the standard we build toward:

"How do we give clinicians time back while raising the quality of care?"

That means using technology where it helps most: faster documentation, clearer client outputs, and less admin dragging behind every session. Your clinical judgment leads. Technology serves.

We hope you experience our vision for InterSession as a clinical companion that reacquaints you with the human side of care.
