Can I export documentation for funders?

Yes. Case notes and client guides can be exported as PDF when funders or stakeholders need a copy. You review every draft before saving or sharing.

Yes. InterSession is built with Australian privacy law in mind, including the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS for data in transit, and store records on Australian servers in Sydney. Audio is transcribed but not stored.
